Environmental Monitoring Infographic – Element: Marine Mammals
Marine mammals are monitored at the landfall areas to determine if increased turbidity and vessel activity during construction have disturbed them.
Nord Stream is conducting the most comprehensive environmental research of the Baltic Sea's flora and fauna to date. Monitoring will take place throughout construction and operation of the pipelines.
