Nord Stream’s landfall station in Germany is located at the Lubmin Heath energy site, near Greifswald. The landfall station is the logistical link between the Nord Stream Pipeline and the European gas distribution grid. The 12-hectare facility also includes the transfer station for OPAL and NEL, the transmission lines that connect with Nord Stream.
