Interview: Transport of the Petrovalves Valves to Lubmin (Germany)
Mario Niedworok, heavy haulage driver for Eurotrans, about to embark on the final 120-km stage of his drive from Italy to Lubmin in order to bring the Petrovalves to where they will be put into service. The valves separate the gas in the pipeline from the PIG traps when they are not operating. Mountains and tunnels are a particular challenge during transport.
