Alexei Miller speaks in Portovaya Bay
Alexei Miller, Deputy Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Management Committee of OAO Gazprom at Stream's start of construction event in Portvaya Bay. "I am sure that connecting the gas pipeline systems of Russia and Europe is a fundamentally new approach to ensuring the continent's energy security.
