Marshalling Yard in Karlskrona, Sweden
Nord Stream selected Karlskrona as an additional interim stockyard to meet the logistical and environmental project requirements of short transportation routes. The transshipments of around 30,000 concrete weight coated pipe joints from Mukran to Karlskrona take place in several campaigns between August 2009 and August 2011.
