PIG Trap at the Landfall Germany
A PIG (pipeline inspection gauge) trap is installed at the end of each line of the Nord Stream Pipeline on the German shore in Lubmin. It enables the safe removal of the PIGs from the line. Gas supplies will not be affected by this procedure.
