Pipeline Strings Are Laid in Trench
On 4 August 2010 the second pipeline string surfaced from the water at the Russian landfall in Portovaya Bay. Both strings were pulled ashore from the pipelay vessel Castoro Sei, moored approximately one kilometre away from the shoreline. The first string was pulled ashore on 28 July.
